సూడోఎఫిడ్రిన్ (Pseudoephedrine; /ˌsjuːdoʊ.[invalid input: 'ɨ']ˈfɛdrɪn/ or /ˌsjuːdoʊˈɛf[invalid input: 'ɨ']driːn/; PSE) ఒక రకమైన మందు. దీనిని ఎక్కువగా జలుబు చేసిన వారిలో ముక్కునుండి నీరుకారడం తగ్గించడానికి ఉపయోగిస్తారు.^[2] కొంతమంది నిద్రరాకుండా కూడా మేలుకొని వుండడానికి కూడా వాడుతున్నారు.^[3]
